The software and web services relating to the Website are provided by Infonetica, who acts as a information manager on Vitalité Health Network’s behalf.

References to "we" or “us” are to Vitalité Health Network and where appropriate, to Infonetica as an information manager appointed by Vitalité Health Network.

By accessing the Website, you understand that we will process personal information that you enter into, or upload onto, the Website. Any information (including personal information) that you provide must comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Website's Terms and Conditions.

From time to time Vitalité Health Network may at its sole discretion amend this Website's Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to any changed Terms and Conditions and/or Website's Privacy Policy. Vitalité Health Network will ensure that details of any such changes are posted on the Website in a timely manner.

Vitalité Health Network and the information collected via this Website are subject to the laws of New Brunswick, including but not limited to the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, S.N.B. 2009, c. R‑10.6.
